I purchased this because my charger outlet was installed upside down, and so there would be a lot of tension on the mobile charger. This is a bit pricier than I would have preferred. Probably better to have charged $10 to $15 for this, but it is what it is. It came with all the screws and everything, but like another user mentioned, I went and purchased the EZ Anchor from Home Depot, and that gave a much stronger grip in the wall and made me feel more comfortable. Product appears to be injection molded plastic and should be strong enough. The riser adapter was definitely needed. The weight of the mobile charger is only about 5 pounds. It looks like this in the photo. Hopefully everything works out okay. I'm using the cable support bracket to support the cable at the top, so there's no tension there either, and hopefully I can wrap my cable up there. But otherwise, the install went pretty well, and I am satisfied with the product. It should be fairly easy for anyone to install, and you only need a screwdriver with the anchors that were recommended above.

The UMC holder fits the UMC brick snuggly and keeps it in place. The cable bracket is large enough to accommodate many turns of the cable. Well designed and good quality. Good for me for about one year, until I finally gave up the slow charging of 120V*12amp and bought a wall connector. 120V is manageable, just like you need to charge your phone daily, but wall connector is much more forgivable: anytime you need to travel >200miles, just plug it in and a few hours later it's ready. For local driving, I often don't even bother to plug it in.

The screws that came with this were super-weak - the heads broke on both of them when I tried screwing them in. I had some spare screws lying around so I used them instead. The bracket itself is a sleek way to neaten up your charger install and I'd recommend it. But bring your own screws. It's not a big deal - screws are cheap and easy to get - but hopefully the manufacturer will include better quality screws moving forward.
