High current cord
Cord exactly as described, arrived fast too (2 days). Unfortunately I was planning to use it with "Leviton 620PA 20 Amp, 250 Volt, Armored, Grounding Plug, Steel" , ( Leviton 620PA 20 Amp, 250 Volt, Armored, Grounding Plug, Steel ) and the entry for the cord is too small for this product. My mistake.Cord outer diameter is 0.62 inches. Didn't find out until after I had stripped insulation off last 2 inches and prepared it for assembly, so I can't return it. Oh well.

This is for 120 volts lines.
There was nothing wrong with the cable or their service, The wire was stamped 8/3. For the most part 8/3 is a 240v line in the wire world. This wire is a heavy duty extension cord wire for 120v circuits. I had purchased another 8/3 line and it was red, black, white and green for ground not just the 3 in the picture.
