純性の自撮り棒を２連して長くしていましたが重く不安定なので３ｍの自撮り棒を検討。 純性は少々値が張るのでこちらを選びました。 重量は純性より重いですが伸ばした状態で安定するし、純正２連より軽いｗｗ。 コスパ良しです！！

Works as expected when you handle it manually. Attaching it to a car mount broke the stick at the base after first time use. So, it is not vibration resistant and probably too long for using it as an external car attachment.

When you need to take some video with a Insta360 and have some distance between you and the camera.

Slightly more than the advertised weight of 240 grams. But it doesn’t create any issues for usage. Folded length of 40cms does not allow you to store it in a bag. If you are buying this remember this needs to be strapped externally to a bag when not in use. Since there is no mobile phone holder or a remote you can’t use it for a mobile phone without buying an adaptor and a separate remote mechanism. Build quality is good.
