Bodyline Back-Huggar Elastic Strap- For use with Traditional or Bucket Seat Back Huggar

For a few bucks, this strap is somewhat okay if you want an elastic strap. For the Bodyline Back Huggar, however, depending on what kind of chair you have, you might not want an elastic strap. I want the back rest to stay in place, but with the elastic strap it would move around more easily. Also, it was hard to tighten the strap well enough to make it stay in place on the rounded surfaces of my office chair.Instead, I decided to use a cargo strap, and it's been working pretty well, although it still slips if it's just wrapped around the sides of the chair. You can find cargo straps in longer lengths, which would be useful for wrapping the strap in different ways, e.g., crisscross.

The strap is not sturdy enough to hold the cushion in place. I use the cushion in my car, and everytime I get out of the car, the cushion is either crooked or slips out of the strap. A 4 sided cross strap would hold it better.

The strap does not hold the back hugger very well and you have to keep adjusting it every time you get up from the chair - too much trouble!

I ordered several of these to work with two back huggar countoured lumbar support pillows to secure to my lift chair.They work well.

The strap does keep the cushion from falling off the chair, but it's so thin that it doesn't hold it snug if you try to move it higher or to another position. The idea is good, but a stronger strap would work better.

This fits through the vertical straps on the back side of the Back-Huggar, but it is not made of a strong enough type of elastic, and it really is too thin to keep the back cushion secured in place.

Velcro or some other hook and loop fastener would be easier but it does its job.

Strap doesn't secure that well and has already started pulling the hoops out of the cushion it is attached too.
