It has a very strong taste like a whiskey 😁 I like this product as it's taste and smell like a pure olive oil. It's expensive than so many other olive oils but it's what it's with quality products. I use this oil only on Salads or in the breakfast... Not for cooking or to add on foods. I prefer to taste it pure.
