Best heat mask out there in the market. I have tried many different heat masks, but this is worth every penny invested. It has 3 levels of temperature, superior quality, lasts more than 2 years, very comfortable to wear. I have been using this for more than 4 yrs and will continue. Can't complain. Price might seem high but its worth spending especially for long term usage.

I tried several electric masks including the "Aroma Seasoned". Unfortunately, they didn't heat up enough and felt a bit cheap which made me nervous about using them around my eyes.I also tested microwaveable masks like the "Bruder", but while it got extremely hot at first (to a concerning degree) it cooled down far too quickly.This mask has proven to be the best compromise I’ve found. The only downside is its price.

it was expensive....and has ceased heatingg! I am furious, had it less than 2 months. reading that is had only a one month guarantee is ridiculous, I can't believe Amazon would permit such a rip-off. Almost sounds like the manufacturor knew it blows out in less than 2 months and this expensive mask would have to be returned. I grant you I believed the large words RETURNABLE on the initial ad, never noticed that 2 months and apparently it "blows" out or frankly, otherwise would the manufacturer have such a ridiculous time period for anticipated usage. My recommendation is twofold: 1. Amazon should not do business with this company; 2. Shame on a company that rips off people with a serious need for the meiobian gland disorder. DISGUSTING; DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

The item works as advertised. The only problem is the strap is not big enough. I have a smaller head size it at full expansion it worked for me. My husband was unable to use the item as the strap made the mask press too hard against his eyes. I like the heat levels and the fact it stays hot the whole time you're using it vs the microwavable types. It would be a 5 star review except for the limited strap size.

I've been using heated eye masks for years and have purchased many because they do tend to wear out. This is not my favorite. The headband is too tight even at its loosest, and I am a woman with an average sized head. The eye mask itself is stiff so that it does not drape nicely and completely over the eyes. The control block is too large and emits too much light, while the actual buttons are small and unintuitive so you need to see them to use them. The longest time option is 30 minutes. To get there, you must click 30 times. My preferred eye mask, while not ideal, can run for 60 min. and does not share these faults. Plug in masks work the best, but there is a better one out there.

Great product! Other masks are too large, resting on your brow and cheek. Thus not delivering heat to your eyelids where needed
