Good taste and quality. Seems to help in the winter months to make sure I’m getting enough vitamin d.

Love Mary Ruth brand. Does not upset my stomach. The tincture is very easy to use and it tastes good. It’s definitely oil based so mixing it in a drink is probably not the best. But it’s so good that you could put it directly under your tongue in the morning. I do think my energy levels are better when I use this item.

Highly recommend if you have a vitamin D deficiency or for anyone who has low energy levels. This is so easy to take and the taste is great. I usually take a dropper full with my multivitamin each morning and have noticed that my mood is more stable and energy levels are better in the winter months (and even the summer months). This product usually last me about one month. I love that it doesn't have any sugar substitutes like stevia so it doesn't upset my stomach. Highly recommend adding this supplement if your doctor has mentioned that you need to take vitamin D.

Good quality no taste really

I use a lot of Mary Ruth’s products, including the women’s menstrual tincture which works great , and my kids take the kids multivitamin with probiotics. However, I had high hopes for this and it is so oily that I was gagging and I did not like the residue that it left in my mouth. A bit overpowering on the pineapple flavor as well. I should’ve looked for an unflavored option. But just so oily that I was sickened by it. Customer service gets 5 stars. ⭐️ they go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied with their products. They read every review and take the time to contact you to make it better. You should definitely give them a try- you’ve got nothing to lose!

I have been using this vitamna for like two years. I like it because is not synthetic. Affordable price for quality. And doesnt have glucose syrup or any syrup like the B12 same maker. Clean of bad fillers.

I am never really consistent with supplements if you’re like me, you know what that’s like starting a supplement and never being consistent because you don’t see results right away well for me I had that time. I really really needed to increase my vitamin D. I had recently got my labs and for my vitamin D level I was at a level 14 I first purchased this in February 20 24 and today, September 11 2024 I am now at a 28 for my vitamin D level. I honestly started feeling a difference a month or two in and not really much with mental clarity and brain fog but a little bit more energy in the past month my brain fog has cleared up significantly , of course if I didn’t have a good nights rest that fog will be there but for the most part it’s completely gone. I am so happy that I was consistent with this supplement because it does work. I’ve purchased it four times since February I do take the one ML daily in the beginning I took two ML daily for about two months and then I went down to one ML , I think the price and the amount you get is fair. This supplement does work. It doesn’t make me hungry like every other vitamin D supplement. I’ve tried a routine taking it first thing in the morning whether I’m eating or not so maybe if I took it with food. Maybe it would absorb better but honestly, I’m proud and happy with my results with my recent lab results thinking about buying I can assure you that you should The taste isn’t bad, but the texture is oily. It’s not too thick, humble oily texture, but I definitely don’t mind. It and texture is always a big thing for me so if I can do it, you can do it. You get a hint of a pineapple flavor, but it’s a small hint of that flavor and it does not taste bad at all. That’s another reason why I absolutely love this supplement.

Just had my doctor's visit today and my D levels went from 20 to 27 with one (full) dropper per day for a few months :) This is progress! She asked me to double the dose to two full droppers per day and we will re-evaluate in March. I feel REALLY good about this brand as I have tried many and this one seems to be incredibly effective compared to other brands. I also don't have to take it with food which is great because I often skip breakfast -- pills on an empty stomach don't work for me, but this liquid vitamin D3 does not pose an issue! I take this in the morning (keep it in the fridge in a small tray where I see it daily) with a sip of coffee to wash it down and it's just a part of my routine now. It's a light/clear oil with barely any flavor. Easy breezy. Suggestion for the company -- Since I will be ordering every two weeks to get enough for my new "prescription" and would LOVE to have a bulk discount for buying multiples of this formula or, a higher dose, but right now I am just very happy to have something that seems to be working! In summary, your blood work will tell you what works for you, but you need to be consistent. It takes at least 4 weeks to really see any change in your bloodwork, skin, or mood. There are SO many benefits to vitamin D, but you have to find one that is actually being absorbed.
