NUTMED Regular (Wintergreen) - Nutmeg Based Spray, 60ml (Product of Grenada, Caribbean)

My back was hurting for a couple weeks and I was using a heating pad to ease the pain. I literally could not straighten my back immediately after coming from a sitting or lieing position. It was extremely stiff and painful. The first night I tried it with no heat. It was like a miracle. I couldn’t believe it. I was able to stand without the stiffness that existed before. After a couple days, of using the product, the pain disappeared . This is my go to now, the minute I detect back pain . It’s just pretty expensive for a small bottle, but for the relief I got, it was worth it.

I enjoy using this product for my sinus congestion and even headaches. I spray it behind my ears or across my forehead and experience relief from sinus stuffiness or related headaches. It's powerful and helps to relieve minor aches and pains as indicated. Both the spray and cream are excellent spices being used for healing purposes. One love to our Caribbean brothers and sisters for an awesome product. Healing doesn't require the use of synthetic medicines (drugs) all the time. Herbs are powerful when it comes to healing. I bought this nutmeg spray for my mom because she suffers from blood clots and told me she used it when she lived in the Caribbean. It arrived relatively quickly and whenever she gets a clot or feels one forming she applies this product and its gone in a couple of days. We got both cream and spray which she uses interchangeably. They both come in pretty small bottles but you don't need a lot, it packs a punch in small dosages.

It's not a cure all but gives some relief

I find that Nutmed relieves my neuropathy foot pain. I spray it on and let it soak in and it eases the pain. I also enjoy the fragrant aroma of the product. My wife and I have used it for several years after getting some in Grenada while visiting on a Caribbean cruise.

It was suppose to help for mild pain but I didn't see any different

This was originally recommended to me for knee pain years ago… recently I am having rotator cuff pain and was using tiger balm… when it ran out I remember I had NUTMED somewhere in this house… found it, used it, and immediately felt relief so much so I slept through the whole night pain free… next day I started using it on my old black lab with joint issues… the following day as I was hosing myself down with this stuff, my lab walks over to me like “my turn!” … see?! the thing works!!!
