Elica Hob 3 Burner Auto Ignition Glass Top - 2 Mini Triple Ring Brass Burner and 1 Double Ring Brass Gas Stove (Flexi AB HCT 360)

The product is very satisfying for me . After sales and service of Elica is noteworthy. They contacted me . They provided my number to the technician and he called me to solve my issue . But the hob I received was damaged i.e the glass was completely ruined. (Happened due to poor packaging and irresponsible carrying of it).I returned it(easily) and ordered again and this time the hob I received was in perfect condition... I'm pretty satisfied with the product...

Loved the product. The installation was quick - their team reached out on their own and sent the person the very next day. Only down side was that they insisted that I submit a review “right now”

I bought the 3 burner stove with auto ignition but ever since it was delivered the 3 sparks didn't work.I called the customer care number, twice, and they told me that their technician will come to install the stove. I told them that I have installed the stove and except the auto function everything is working properly but they said that my warranty will only be activated if I let their technician install it and pay INR 400.My disappointment with the company and its customer service are that neither have they written it on Amazon that it's MANDATORY for the customer to get it installed by the technician and pay INR 400 like none of us knows how to connect LPG pipe to a stove. Also, forcing your customer to pay INR 400 is like extortion. Warranty on a product starts the moment the product is delivered not by forcing the customer to get it installed by YOUR technician. It's a stove not a inverter battery that needs specialist for installation.It's not about paying the chargers but about how your customer care forces it on the customer. If the company continues to follow this petty tactics then soon it will loose customers, right and left.

The packaging of the product was good, received in good condition. The Elica technician installed the hob and explained in detail about how to use and some precautions while using the product. Over all experience is good.

We faced problem after 1 month of buying this. Its flame is started red and my whole pan's are started black from bottom. I complaint about it with elica service but there is no response from the company and nobody visited to us and its almost a month i complaint 5 times but there ia no response. Verry bad service. Not expected. We want to return this bcz poor and bad services

Not so good as its design the flame of burners very low its take too much time for cooking like chapati

Product is good. We had one spark plug problem (replaced). Also the battery socket cap is not closing.The service team reached us for installation the next day itself. They found out the problem, and registered the complaint themselves and replaced the part on the same day.Good customer service.
