Great for pain relief, good quality and value for money.

Very useful to have in the freezer
I bought these to ice an ankle injury but now leave one in the freezer all the time.It says in the instructions not to leave them in so not sure how long that will last but better to have them on hand if needed.

works well on my leg and back cramps , seal around the side can get a bit scratchy though .

Good unless you're careless
I can't give this a better review and I realise it's because I'm an idiot but when I heated it up in the microwave I may have accidentally given it a little bit too much time. When I returned it had burst and the gel had escaped, however, for the times I didn't cock it up. It was an excellent ice and heat compress for my back.
