Bamboo Sushi Rolling Mat

The bamboo mat works well for sushi rolling I think - admittedly I am fairly new to the art so my rolls weren't exactly perfect, but there were no leftovers and they were easy to use. I wrapped my mats in plastic wrap to aid in cleanup.

Don’t remove the plastic cover like I did. The roller works great but I need practice rolling. Roller is strong, durable and easy to clean.

This little mat is:Sturdy, sleek in appearance, rolls up small for storage, fits my nori sheets perfectly, is easy to clean (I use a sponges or a bristle brush if there is anything stuck between the bamboo) and didn’t come with a weird smell. It does hold the smell of the nori sheets a bit, but that doesn’t really bother me and I’m confident it would go away with a simple vinegar soak. Work the money and feels sturdy enough to make many, many home rolls (it’s done probably 50+ so far with no objection).

If you love sushi then this is a must have for great food. Easy to use and works as described.
