Cute and fits perfectly

This neck ruffle collar is very cute and was the perfect addtion to my clown costume. It was a little bit larger than i expected because i have a very small neck, so it was a little hard to tie it tightly because there was so much extra fabric. But i was able to successfully wear it and it looked really cute with my other clown accessories and didn't feel uncomfortable on my neck at all.

It’s not as irritating as I thought, I was able to wear it for several hours in fluctuating warmth-to-cool weather before feeling the need to itch at my throat. I did have to kind of snake it around and squish it to get the layers to lay more flat around my neck, but it was such a perfect detail in a costume I’d put together (clown style). The ribbon is definitely long enough, I’m on the smaller side and was able to wrap the lace completely around my neck between the ruffles and tie it in the front. The material is more mesh/lace-like than cottony, which is what I was expecting, but that’s on my lack of observation - it’s easier to tell when you zoom in on the photos. Plus I’m sure it’s listed somewhere I didn’t see. Definitely wasn’t enough to be upsetting though, it still looked wonderful and I’m already trying to plan another costume I can incorporate it into.

I bought this for a clown look I did and it was exactly what I needed. It ties in the back and I had to pull it a little past the string length to fit my neck but the wig covered the back so it didn't really show the extra fabric. It was super cute and I got so many compliments. It was very well made and more comfortable than you would think it would be. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for this type of piece.

I had to iron the ruffles because of the way that I received them but other than that, it’s really adorable

Do not put in washer unless you want it to unravel itself one seam at a time ! Otherwise it did its job well for what it’s worth!

Fits perfectly, had extra room, soft, and super fluffy which I was nervous about. The fabric is super soft not stiff or crunchy!

this was my second time purchasing! and now i have the black and white collars. 10/10!
