Won't turn on on 2nd day itself... That's not the worst part, worst part is the follow up... Seller not responding, Amazon's service is 'try to nudge as much as you can'. Tech visit is confirmed, then cancelled due to ' unable to reach customer' when i have been waiting and no calls rcvd. I called the service personnel, and he asks for otp without visiting. Full avoidance of problem. Not their fault 100℅ , my fault too., I trusted! Edit: Was told to go to service centre of Dell. Dell said there is no warranty, that it expired 2 years ago! Called service, they took like 45 minutes in a course of 2 calls, was told I could return. Phew!!! Wasted my time and fuel going there. So guys Dell is not providing warranty. 6 months is Amazon warranty to return item. It works, it works. It doesn't work, you return. No service.l in between. I had to spend another Rs. 350 to a local tech to erase data that i transfereed on 1st day. Because it wouldn't start, had to remove drive to do it. I asked Amazon service, this should not pose a problem since their tape had to me removed to open it. They said it should not be a problem since it will be no check pick up. Hopefully it will be refunded. Lesson learnt.

Pros: *The performance of the product is flawless even if it is refurbished. ( I am using for browsing and office work only. ) *Provided 16 GB RAM & 500 GB SSD *Small compact size is plus point. *Low noise. *Less power consumption. * Very less dents can be seen even if it is refurbished. * Prompt customer support. Cones : *Wifi adaptor provided has connection issues, it gets disconnected every few minutes. *While booting, device gets fan failure message. *Windows says get newer version to stay upto date. * No bluetooth.

It’s working fine, this was a good deal only I had replaced SSD. And speed just boom. Very less boot time. Good and tiny CPU for your deal office work.

A refurbished product which feels like new with no performance issues of any sorts! Very powerful and compact designed product best suited for budgeted workstations with no performance compromise. Excellent customer service with video call troubleshooting to fix any and all minor issues without any hassles. Only need to ship product in case of major hardware issue which I haven't come across yet !

I was initially hesitant to buy this Dell Mini PC because I thought I might be getting a refurbished unit. The first two days were a bit concerning as the device was making a lot of noise. However, after the system completed all its updates, the noise stopped completely, and it's been quiet since then. I also had an issue with the PC randomly restarting, but I called customer support, and they were extremely helpful. The representative immediately tried to resolve the issue, which gave me the confidence I needed to keep the product after Amazon's 7-day replacement window had passed. One thing that surprised me was that my variant actually came with a built-in speaker, which was a nice bonus! However, I did face some issues with the WiFi dongle that frequently disconnected and limited my speed to 20-30Mbps, even though I have a 200Mbps Airtel connection. To fix this, I ordered a TP-Link 600 Mbps WiFi adapter, and it’s been working perfectly, giving me the full 200Mbps speed. Another great thing is that both Windows and Office were activated, which is definitely a plus! All of this for 10-11K, and I’m really happy with the value I’ve received. Now, I’m optimistic. If it continues to work smoothly for 6 months, I’ll be confident it’ll last much longer. For now, I’m happy with my purchase!
