Greate taste, solubility, and digestibility
This stuff is really nice. No clots. Flavour is nice and smooth. And it's light on the stomach.

This is probably my new go to protein
It's pretty damn good! The vanilla creme tastes amazing and I generally don't even bother recognizing flavor when it comes to these sorts of things. It mixes amazingly well, tastes even better and if you're creative I'm sure you can find a lot of ways to utilize this in your meals. I was previously an ON type of guy, but I am probably going to switch to R1 as my #1 go-to for protein powder from now on just because of how clean it tastes, how well it mixes and how high the quality seems to be!

Got the 10lb bag, it mixes well and tastes good too. Only docking one star because I noticed a tear appear on the bag after a few weeks of use! A bit miffed about having to repackage the powder into separate containers but at least I noticed in time before it spilled out.
