How much potassium is in them?

Would these be good for a 15 year old male, or should he still be taking 'kids' vitamins? Thanks for any thoughts on this.

He’s a young man now. I’m no doctor, but I checked the ingredients and it’s all the basic stuff that can be obtained what we eat. Serving size says 4 and I’d give 1-2 daily instead. Best answer can be given by Doctor.

Great quality and value

My husband likes the flavor and ease of taking a gummy. The ingredients are great not adding anything artificial. They have very good quantity of nutrients in them and are a good value for the money. They are stuck together sometimes when we receive them but they break apart easily. It is mostly in the summer months when they stick together. We keep them on subscribe and save.

Taste great and effective

These taste great. Since I've been taking them, I've noticed that minor abrasions heal faster and the mysterious tendinitis is my wrists seems to have mostly resolved. Not sure what type of deficiency I had, but these multis appear to have addressed it.

Feels more like a treat than a medication.
