One star: This portable battery worked great for a few months. I ordered it in October, it’s now March (but February when it stopped working). I took it on one trip. It worked great the entire time. Charged quickly and lasted long enough. It’s a great size and lightweight. A couple weeks after I returned home from my trip, however, the battery stopped working. It won’t charge anymore. When I plug it in, it charges to 3% and that’s it. Really disappointing considering I only had 4 months. I would not purchase this again or recommend anyone else to purchase it.Update: the company reached out to me after reading my first review and offered to send me a replacement. I got the replacement within 2 days and so far it's working great. Hopefully this one lasts longer than the other one. Will keep you posted! I'm upgrading my one-star rating to account for a 5-star customer service rating... bringing the overall rating to 3-stars ~so far!Another update: Now, after months of using this charger I can say the replacement has been working great with no issues. Customer service handled this like a pro and for that I would absolutely make future purchases with this company.

This is a very handy charger that I use mainly when traveling. Its small size (about the same size as a lipstick case) makes it easy to take in almost any sized purse. It will do about one full charge of my iPhone 13. It's not heavy, but it's not light, either. Due to its sturdy feel, you might be tempted to hold it with the phone perched on top of it to view your phone, but the lightning plug connected could break off from the weight of the phone.The feature I like best about it is the pass-through charging. When I travel, I can plug my phone into this charger, then charge both the phone and the charger at the same time. It's been such a handy little tool that I got one for my daughter as well.I bought one in white and one in "dark red", which is actually more like dark pink. When you order, you need to double check if the color you want has the right connector type; the black one does not appear to come with the lightning plug anymore.

This is a very handy charger and I love it! No more having to lug around a charger and cord. While it doesn’t charge the phone fast, it is still easy to use phone wile charger is plugged in.On another note, about 11 months after I got it, it stopped working with my iPhone. I contacted the company and they had a replacement charger sent to me free in under a week! Great customer service!!!

I have three of these and absolutely love that they each last for two charges, but I wish they charged faster and “stuck” better when using the phones while charging because sometimes it falls out.

I bought this for a recent trip and used it before and during the trip. I got this device because it’s compact, easy to use, and I loved the previous version I had which was no longer compatible with my newer model iPhone. At first use, I charged the power bank to 100%, and within 30 minutes I got about 50% charge to my iPhone and the bank had 0% left. I figured it may be a first charge fluke, so I charged it again, popped it in my bag as I was heading to the airport, but made sure to bring a bulkier, but more reliable backup. I had my phone in airplane mode on a long flight, and hooked it up to the iWalk, which showed 100% capacity again. And again, my phone barely got a charge… I started at 18% and within a half an hour, I was up to about 50% charge on my iPhone and a completely drained bank. Really unfortunate that this version is such poor quality compared to the one that suits older models. Don’t waste your money.

Got this battery pack to keep in my travel backpack so if my phone was low on battery when I was leaving the house, I could take this with me and charge on the go. I wanted one like this so I could have it charging my phone and still be able to use it without having to hold cords and extra little bricks.This worked perfectly for that and it charges my iPhone 15 pro to full power in about 30-40 minutes which is amazing. It doesn't require any cords and has a little screen on the front that shows you how much charge the thing has left as you are using it.Highly recommend, but the only thing you have to be careful of is when holding it, it feels a bit loose so try to avoid moving it around at the bottom of your phone!
