Absolutely love this! Disappointed it doesn't arrive in a gift box though.

Well packaged, good quality and really happy

Teapot arrived quickly and safely with no damage. No issues with the product itself but it is a shame that it arrives in just a plain cardboard box for delivery and some tissue paper. I had assumed it would come in some presentation wrapping which would have been much better to give as a gift.
