This is an ok set. The new hands are a vast improvement over the stock ones which were borderline unforgivably bad. The new ones are nearly hot toys quality while the stock ones were like a Ken doll with slightly better paint. The pumpkin is also excellent and has a flickering light up feature that looks pretty authentic. The Bob sheet is terrible. Looks nothing like the picture. It does not hang naturally and the sheet is glued down to the face which is completely inaccurate to the movie. Here is where I am the most disappointed. The new coveralls are the wrong color. Talk about false advertising. In the promo pictures and even on the box it shows clearly spruce green (a gray green color) coveralls. The coveralls in the actual box are light gray. Not even a hint of green. It is a debated subject about what the color of the coveralls actually were in the 78 film but light gray is not one of the choices. Navy, spruce green or charcoal. Another kicker is whatever material they are made of doesn’t accept standard clothing dye as I wasted an entire bottle of dark green dye on it and it all fell out almost instantly even after soaking them for well beyond the recommended time. The phone and tombstone are perfectly fine. The T-shirt is too tight and sits too high. The half shirt they can’t stock with the figure is actually better. All in all it’s an alright set but I was really looking forward to screen accurate coveralls and trick or treat studios somehow bungled something so simple as using the right color fabric.
