This brush feels really good and helps to improve circulation while also exfoliating. The handle is very helpful.

I’ve been having some lymphatic issues and I found that dry brushing my body might help so I researched a good brush and came across this one. I was a little nervous that the bristles would be too firm and would hurt my skin, but I was surprised that the bristles on this brush are super soft. The quality is excellent. It’s the perfect size to hold in your hand and to get places like under your neck without hurting. I have used this a couple of times and I can honestly say I really think that it’s helping drain my lymphatic system. I also noticed when I circle rub the brush along my varicose veins on my legs, The veins get lighter. So there must be some very good things about dry brushing! Everyone should try to add this to their skin care routine!

I was interested in brush therapy as I saw it is recommended for Autistic people, which is said to calm Anxiety, as well as to ease one into their sensory issues with gentle touch, etc. I also read of others suggesting it as having other benefits for circulation and to rejuvenate skin and remove dead skin cells. I saw this brush and thought I would give it a try. It is used by taking short or circular strokes on the skin of the limbs and body towards the heart. I do not like the stiff brushes or scratchy textures, so the bristles on this brush are just perfect for me. I find it surprisingly soft and comforting. The cotton handle and size of the brush fit my hand perfectly. The handle is quite comfortable. Brush seems to be durable and decent value for the quality you receive. I am going to add this tool to my bedside Autism aids and self care basket I am putting together. Highly recommend it, as it offers a variety of purposes, and would make a nice gift added to an Autism kit or a spa basket. I find it to be very relaxing!!

If you need a dry brush simply m for the routine, but not for the best exfoliating purposes I can see how this could be used daily & possibly soften your skin over time. My legs are so dry that this is not firm enough to change them. It’s like rubbing a soft cloth over them. It’s fine for the chest & arms. Very light weight. Nicely built. I’ll try a Sisal Bristle brush for exfoliating. But this feels nice just to have in a routine

This brush is fantastic. It’s soft but takes the top layer of my skin off, leaving fresh, new skin. I am so glad I bought it!

Soft bristles great for lymphatic drainage on body. Not face. Easy to hold. Great for exfoliating

Not sure I’m using it correctly, but product is well made and luxurious feeling.
