Q: Can I use this on my freakishly dry skin? Menopause is killing me and I read to use creams with cholesterol!

I am menopausal, but have suffered dry skin all my life. Have used this brand before and in the process of applying the product it was on my hands. I started noticing how moisturizing it was to the skin around my nails which has a tendency to become dry and crack. I began noticing other brands did the same thing. I will rub the conditioner excess on my arm and legs in the shower and then rinse hair and body. Doesn't seem to cause any problems. A brand of skin lotion that works well for me is Jergens Ultra Healing. Additionally, lanolin is a great moisturizer. A good brand is Triple Lanolin - the aloe vera flavor. Hope it helps.

Q: We have very hard water and my teen daughter has thick wavy dry hair. Will this work good for that? Should she use daily or how often?

My hair is thick, naturally curly and I only like using plant based or old school remedies for my hair. This product is good but, don’t use too much. The smell isn’t great, try adding essential oils like (tea tree oil or peppermint oil which, are extremely good for the hair) not too much a couple of drops mixed into a small amount of conditioner. Too much conditioner will leave your hair with a white film. Use small amounts and rinse it out good. Or leave it in a day or so. I leave it in then rinse it out sometimes 3-4 days later. I also use the following products: • Hollywood Beauty Mayonnaise Moisturizing Cream Oil (Amazon Prime) $7 free shipping! • Love Beauty and Planet (shampoo & conditioner (Walmart $6 smells so good or Target $7) when it’s a plant based product you don’t need a lot of product. Less is more and your product will last you. I always have this product in hand. Your hair will smell so good. Hope this helps! God bless you!🦋
