The product is absolutely very good in the price range. I bought it for the purpose of cleaning cars, bike and my solar panels it fulfills all work very efficiently. I even had a word with Mr Anupam from Agaro team support when I was having some issues with the product. He guided me properly and resolved the issues. I mean what else do you want these days a good working product and a good customer service for complains and queries.

The product is good, but it stopped working within 3 months. I raised a complaint Then Mr. Subhajit was assigned. He is very polite, kind, and supportive. As advised, I shared the required video as well as i make the video call then he saw the actual problem and then damaged unit was picked up and a replacement was ordered. Thanks to Agaro for the support. Special thanks to Mr. Subhajit. Hope the replacement will work well and support will continue if required.

Descent product. First one came with a faulty motor. Had to replace which took more than 10 days. Second package came without any fault. Good quality motor and accessories.

I bought the Agaro Supreme Plus pressure washer just to wash my motorcycle, using it less than 15 times over the last 5 months for 10-15 minutes each time. After 5 months use on 15 December i encountered serious issue when I turned it on the pressure washer started making excessive noise, vibrating more than usual, and was running continuously without pressing the gun. The water pressure was also very low. It worked fine the last time I used it, about 3 weeks prior to the issue. I thought it was an air block, so I spent an hour trying to pump water in to remove the air, but the problem persisted. I raised complaint by submitting the product details, invoice, and a 15-second video of the problem. I was told the issue would be resolved in 3 to 5 business days, but it ended up taking 17 days in total. Over the next 3 days, I received calls from 2-3 different agents asking me to resend the same 30-second video, stating the problem in the video and share it via WhatsApp. After that, I was told a technician would contact me and schedule a visit. Five days later, I followed up was informed the replacement is pending for approval. However, the approval dragged on for 10 more days. I called every day, and some agents told we will highlight the issue and some told it would take time. On the 12th day, I became more assertive and the agent told me the service person for my product SUBHAJIT, would contact me within 10 minutes. However, no one reached out, but to my surprise, the replacement was approved shortly after The replacement unit was shipped on 13th day, and my old pressure washer was picked up 15 days after I initially raised the complaint. Recieved the replacement product after 17 days and it appears to be brand new product. Product has good water pressure and works well, but if it sucks in air—which happens more when the inlet pipe is dipped in bucket instead of connecting to tap —it causes loud noise and vibrates, continuously runs even without pressing the gun. To fix this, need to take out the outlet pipe and run the machine with only inlet to clear the airlock—such a pain! There should be a simpler way to get rid of the air and turn off automatically if the air is intaken instead of running continuously and making huge noise and vibration. But I'm concerned about its durability and long-term reliability given the sudden failure with just 12-15 uses. I’m also not confident about how long the replacement will last. The warranty and approval process is tedious and takes a lot of time requiring multiple calls and resubmissions of the same details and videos. Unless you're very persistent, the replacement could be delayed for weeks. I'll update my review if I face any issues with the replacement unit. Got the replacement unit delivered in January 2025 and even this Replacement unit stopped working in July 2025 after about 6 months i am facing the same issue again. Just waste of money spending 5k for the machine that works only for 6 months that too with just using it for once or twice in a month

Good Product and works as expected.

I purchased the Agaro Supreme Plus Pressure Washer last year from Amazon for monthly solar panel cleaning, using it 10–12 times. Last month, it lost pressure, and the auto-cutoff stopped working, so it ran continuously at low pressure. When I searched online, I found many people had similar issues after 5–6 months of use. I immediately contacted Agaro customer service to register my complaint, and soon after, Karan Sharma, their support specialist, reached out to me. He asked for my invoice, other details, and requested a 90-second video demonstrating the problem. Initially, he informed me they would ship faulty parts, followed by a technician visit to fix the problem. But after a week of follow-up, Karan updated me that, since the part was unavailable, they would replace the unit. My old unit was collected, and the new one delivered, a process that took 20 days in total. Throughout the process, Karan was consistently supportive and communicative. But please note that: there’s no local service centers in India. Everything happens via phone or video calls. Also, there’s no online status tracking. You’ll need to call for every updates. They should improve the product’s durability and offer easier local support.

The washer is quite good with good water pressure for car washing. Im not sure if it is that strong to clean-up stains from the wall / flooring / roof. The pump build and quality looks good. The exterior of the pump is good as well. The handle on the top is very well designed to easily pick-up and walk. The attachements are of good quality. The motor is not noisy which is a thumbs up. Only thing that I didnt like is the soap dispenser. It is not a foam gun and is just an attachment. The attachment leaks throughout and no foam really comes out. You will have to buy a foam gun seperately as this foam dispenser is really bad.
