I needed to replace a bunch of 2" popup heads the previous owner used. So far I've used 5 of the new 4" heads, and as expected, the performance and coverage is so much better. I removed and used the nozzles from the old 2" popup heads. I priced the 4" popup bodies at the local stores and this package of 10 saved me a bunch of money. I put in a shorter riser and on a couple of popups I needed to dig a deeper hole to have the new sprinklers positioned just at ground level.

There are a number of companies that produce irrigation system products and some are interchangeable. My choice is Rainbird as the replacement items are readily available online, the hardware store near me and at the big box stores. The environment that these plastic spray heads operate in is harsh to say the least with growing grass, mowing, drought periods, excessive heat and periods of relentless rain. Having spare spray heads is essential to repair and continuing to have the system working efficiently and not wasting water. These items are easy to install and maximize coverage with the correct spray nozzle. It is always good to have a raincoat handy when troubleshooting any problem and running the system to make the adjustments to ensure effective coverage, as you will get wet doing these efforts!

Used here for my business in California. A perfect product.The only available sprinklers here in this backwards state are over designed garbage with a useless feature that doesnt solve our water problem. Will keep buying these forever. Thanks guys!
