Does it come with the bow or do you have to make the bow?

The bow is made but you do have to fluff it out after take out of the package. I hung them on a hanger to let the wrinkles from packaging release.

How large does it stretch? Looking for andirondack chairs.

They stretch pretty far, I used them on those typical vinyl/metal banquet chairs and had to tie a knot in the sash part to make them fit.

Can you use a steamer on the sash and bow to take out the wrinkles or will it make the bow flop?

I don't have a steamer but I think it would work great on the material to get the wrinkles out.
