Overall, a fine and inexpensive way to add some sparkly joy to a room or lighted project. The pre-programmed lighting patterns are a bit wild and somewhat frustrating if all you want is some twinkle lights that do not flicker, dance, glow or throb. Perhaps the most irritating characteristic is the fact that these lights always turn on in "demo" mode; going through all 8 scenarios in perpetuity.For those of us who desire the always on mode, we are forced to toggle through 7 modes every time the lights are turned on. For us, we have them plugged into a remote switch/timer. Now, every time they come on in the evening, we have to manually press the switch 7 times to get them to settle down.A desired improvement would be for them to remember the last mode chosen.

I taped mine to the underside of my cabinets for ambient lighting! They're light enough to where regular scotch tape is enough to hold them, which is nice. They aren't radiantly bright, but they've got a nice glow to them. They were worthwhile, for sure

Didn’t know there was a timer or remote… will have to go back and look to see if there is something in the packaging that I missed?? Otherwise, it is exactly what I needed for my class

Package was delivered on time. I plugged the lights in and they work just as expected. Hope to drill a hole in a glass bottle and put the lights inside for use as a night light. I don’t know about a timer.. Not sure if it has one.

They tangle so easily so hopefully you dont plan on moving them around too much, but they are really cute and provide the perfect brightness to add a touch of sparkle and ambience.

these came in great condition! although there is no remote or timer function, it's super easy to press the button on the usb plug in to change the light pattern or turn them on/off. good quality for the price.

Next time the power goes out, Be ready with a low powered emergency light source. At just 5v these USB lights can string across the room to provide some relief until the power comes back on. Works for me. 🤓

This is perfect for what I need it for. A nightlight that's no too bright yet sometimes I do have to cover it with a little bit of paper to dim it in the middle of the night. But it's perfect for my room
