We did a fair bit of research into what to get for our daughters. It would seem that there are a lot of Ukuleles out there of varying quality and price.Donner is a brand afaik that is Chinese, but shouldn’t put you off.They seem to have hit a good balance between quality and price.The Ukulele is well built/finished, and has good tone, keeps in tune well with a nice design.The package comes with all the things you need and Donner offer free online learn to play courses (although there are loads of better ones on YouTube). Apart from the Ukulele the best part of the package is the carry case, it is extremely well built and offers great protection and side and back pack style straps.The included tuner works well and is very easy to use. Our 7 year old can tune the Ukulele herself.Very happy with our purchase, so much so we got one for our 3 year old!

Received this product last January, used it for a few months, kept it clean, put it away. Got it out again in September when we had a cold snap andnit was broke, just blowing out cool air. Notified the supplier and that was where the fun started, took me about 5 e-mails and about 3 weeks to get them to send me out a replacement.

These ukes are cheap. Ok, I bought it because I'd just joined a uke band and I thought the Stratocaster style headstock was cool. It's cheap, sturdy and BRIGHT BLUE. A great investment to see whether I would enjoy learning to play a uke and great value for money. I've used Donner guitar effects pedals before and found them to be well built and effective, but this was the first time I've tried an actual Donner instrument. I'm pleased.

Firstly its an ok Ukulele. Second I have bought from brand Donner, they do good quality for the price.But this, its my granddaughters birthday tomorrrow. i received ukulele and bag, and that was it. There was no starter kit. No picks, strap, cloth, tuner, spare strings. All of this was missing. I am so disappointed :( nowhere to message donner. I have had to send it back to amazon and am without a birthday present for my granddaughters birthday. sort it out please amazon.

Purchased for an 8 year old but my husband loves it just as much. The sound is great and it comes with everything you need.

Let me start by saying I’m a complete beginner when it comes to the ukelele. This ukelele is beautiful. I purchased the black one. The case it comes with is very nice, not cheap looking. There is an extra set of strings, two felt picks, the digital tuner which comes with a battery, and a soft cloth. Everything you need to get started at a really reasonable price. If you are a beginner you need the tuner! The ukelele sounds really good. I have no problems with it going out of tune quickly either. I play for about a half hour, recheck the tuning and it is usually not much out. Now that I’ve used it regularly it stays in tune longer, however when I do practice it’s not for longer than an hour at a time. Plus with the digital tuner it takes only a minute to retune. For shipping the ukelele comes inside the case which is lightly padded, then inside a small ukelele shaped box, then inside a bigger Amazon box so it was well protected. I highly recommend this ukelele package!

Sono una neofita e ho scelto questo ukulele come alternariva ad un soprano che mi era stato regalato per iniziare a prender confidenza con lo strumento.Servizio di spedizione eccellente come sempre.L'ukulele blu metallico ha delle sfumature che vanno verso il viola a seconda della rifrazione della luce (adoro!)Completo di custodia imbottita, tracolla, accordatore, panno per pulizia e corde di ricambio ( che non mi sembrano di gran qualità)Per il prezzo pagato non potevo chieder di meglio.Almomento non tiene l'accodatura ma credo sia normale perché nuovo. Spero che in breve tempo si possa assestare questo, per ora, piccolo inconveniente.Al momento pienamente soddisfatta per l'acquisto

I love this Uke. The strings are so smooth to strum and frets are large to accomodate my stubby fingers. Amazing sound and playing posture. The only sad thing is this Uke has 2 noticable white scratches/marks from something that cannot be wiped off. Seems to be a paint or packaging error. But still sounds great and keeping it.
