Is this tool also useful for re-seating the vinyl lip under the siding above it? I have a strip of siding that has partially popped out.

Anyone tried using this on double Dutch lap panels? I've tried 2 other brands and they've broken under hand pressure leverage.

We tried and were not successful with this tool. We were not trying to save the old siding and had better luck using good basic carpenter tools.
