I've bought this a few times and am happy with the product. It mixes reasonably well (all creatine of this type leaves some residue). I take 5 grams before and after each workout and I believe it's contributed to my strength gains- even at age 64.Only complaint is that I've never had a bag where the top closure worked for long. I always wind up having to use a chip clip to keep it sealed.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Very good package of Creatine monohydrate, reasonably priced. Dissolves easily, blends well into your drink - I use it daily in my morning protein drink.

If you don't like the grainy taste of creatine mixed in your water this is the product for you. I went from taking the 7 capsule version to get up to 5 grams of creatine to only 2 of these giant capsules to get 5 grams. This is definitely easier if taking large capsules is something you can do.

They say it dissolves easily in water. I think the word they were looking for is partially dissolves. I don't know what kind of water that people are using that say it dissolves completely. It leaves a gritty amount at the bottom. I've left it for hours, still there. That said it seems like a good product, has no taste but best to put it in your shake. I put it in orange juice.
