This is maintenance your body needs & these have kept me stronger. My advise is take matcha & 4 oz of water. Use a small stir mine is battery operated stir your matcha then add all of your packets, use a straw mine is metal & give it a few stirs & then swallow. It takes me 3 times w/ the straw to take in. I breathe in between so it settles correctly. Hope this helps.

My brain is back! lol This product is amazing! It feels like it’s feeding my brain! The packaging makes it so easy to use and travel with. With something that works so great I was honestly worried about the taste. I’m so happy to tell you that it taste great. I just mixed it in with a little bit of cranberry juice. Stir it up really well and shoot it like a shot. Lol I’m so happy about the way. It makes me feel that I can’t wait to take it first thing in the morning, I know it’s a little expensive but it’s honestly so worth it.

This version works so much better than any tablet, capsule or liquid version. This one seems to help in losing fat and preserving muscle. However, the price prohibits long term use.

This is the first time using this type of L-Carnitine or any for that matter. I like the fact that it the most bio-available type of supplement according the company. The flavor lacking but I just squeeze it in a bit of water and slam it. I did notice it helps me to think clearly throughout the day and maybe feel a bit more energized. Staying with it.

I like the brand. However this particular product is something I purchased because it should hell with energy levels. Can’t comment on the quality, however the flavor is disgusting. It smells strong - like nail polish. And tastes the same. Which makes me really concern drinking it. I’m actually thinking something is not right with it because of the smell.

I ordered this to help my low immune system And it’s oddly has lifted my depression. As well as giving me additional energy to actually enjoy a full day now. Before I would hit the wall by noon, now I can finish a full day at work and actually run an errand after words. This is a gift from God

I enjoy the effect once it digests- definitely feel sharper but it was tricky to figure out best way to prepare it. Squeezing contents into small amount of cold water and tossing it back like a shot.l works best.
