This has a very fine texture and mixes smooth, absolutely perfect. I used it to thicken a replacement ricotta for cannoli filling - excellent!

This costs more money than the one in the grocery store, but the cleanliness/organic quality is much better. Better to pay a bit more for the quality and organic value than to put something in your body that may not be as clean. It is pay more on quality foods now (pun intended) or pay more on medicine later. Food as medicine. NOW is a trusted company.

Excellent Non-Fat Dry Milk powder that mixes easily an has a great taste. And it's ORGANIC...Very difficult to find. There are many stores that carry NOW Foods products, but not this one. Thank you. I am on a Paleo diet for high cholesterol which is fine now that I exercise and eat GOOD fats. Post Menopausal women frequently need to cut down on dairy fat. This is fantastic in coffee and makes it taste rich and creamy like a cappuccino without the fat. You'll never miss your half and half again. (Note: you do need a simple wire whisk) * I would have given it a five star but it took two weeks to be delivered from the vendor and they were not very responsive - I hope that is not the normal experience)

Nice to keep on hand for baking! I don’t normally drink milk, so I like to have powdered on hand for baking recipes and even Mac and cheese! Mixes well and has a good shelf life!

Purchased dry milk for homemade bread making. Great quality ingredients from this brand.

I bought this product to make homemade powdered cocoa. The taste is fine but it does not dissolve well, leaving a sludge of undissolved milk granules in the bottom of the cup. I even tried running it through my food processor to break down the granules, but this made no difference. I do like that it is one of the few powdered milk products that is organic, and will buy it again only for that reason. I do hope that the company will do some more work on reformulating this product so that it will dissolve better.

I got this to have so when we run low on milk we can mix some up. We have had lots of snow and some days we cannot get out to go to the store. I mix some up in the evening and it is nice and cold in the morning. It tastes so good that no one even notices. I tried other brands, but my family could always tell. We could use theirs in preparing food, but we could not drink it or put it on our cereal. This organic dry milk is great to have on hand - it tastes so good! Thank You!
