My son of course saw all the ads on Tik Tok and just had to have them! I researched the brand and the ingredients and finally agreed to buy them for him. He's already a tall guy. Always has been. Genetics play a role in growth. Nutrition plays a role. And rest plays a role. Having a quality vitamin helps supplement their nutrition. While he's grown a few inches in the past year, I can't promise it's the vitamin, but I love knowing he's getting what he needs to help him get there. He just turned 14 and is *almost* 6'3"! He was 6'0 when we started them about a year ago.
