I tried this and another Jujube Seed product. The other one worked for a night or two and had a great flavor, but it was not consistent and effective enough to continue using after I ran out. This Dimmak Herbs product was consistently effective at both helping me get to sleep (provided I use the right amount of it) and in improving my sleep (less groggy in the morning provided I've both used the right amount and have slept long enough). It's not perfect, but it's one of the better solutions I have found so far. I've reordered.

Have used Zao for several years. Has a calming effect. This seems to be a quality product even in powder form I just placed on my tongue and swallow with water. Better to take about an hour before wanting to sleep.

This powder has been a godsend in our home. It helps my son sleep through the night without restlessness and sweating, and it helps me STAY asleep! It's calming and gentle, tastes pretty good (I just make a tea with a little sweetener - really easy to take/use), and works wonders on the nervous system.

I have insomnia and I have a hard time finding natural products that work for me. I thought I would give this a try, and it seems to work a little bit. I added around 1 teaspoon to hot water and it doesn't taste the greatest this way. I added a little lemon and a bit of honey, and that helped with the taste. I will definitely keep using this since it helps a little, maybe I will try a little bit more.
