I use this to brush my teeth (sprinkled on toothpaste) and also put in capsules for internal use (it is highly alkaline and helps detoxify fluoride which they add to my local tap water). I have already had gum grafting surgery once, and my gums were starting to recede again recently so I tried this and it works!! My gums have stopped receding and are a nice, healthy pink again. Teeth that were starting to loosen seem to have firmed up in their sockets again, and my teeth are much less sensitive now. I wasn't looking for whitening, but that is definitely an added bonus!! I have heard some people use Mule Team Borax, which smells really chemically to me so I only use that for cleaning. If you're looking to use something pure and effective for health reasons, this is the best investment for your money.

I use borax for several things (Solution being one) and this is an EXCELLENT pure product with no additives! Just pure Borax and of high quality as opposed to the other stuff you get in stores.... Would highly recommend. If you want the pure stuff this is it.

I don’t taste this when I add it to coffee. Plus, this is food grade which makes me not as apprehensive.
