I've been taking this for 6 months and have noticed the changes. My hair feels healthy, it's growing again and I couldn't be happier :) this is not a substitution for my vitamins, this is taken daily along with my other necessary vitamins. There is no taste when taking these and they are fairly small in size. You get a 90 day supply so it's easy on the pocket as well and gets delivered to you 😊 highly recommend for all bariatric patients.

It was cool for the first time in me trying it you know I never tried it before so it was like the first time can't complain it was cool they were little and not chalky and hard to swallow it didn't upset my stomach or anything
