XIAOMI MI Motion-Activated Night Light 2 Bluetooth

i would have preferred to not have to use the app at the beginning, but except that it's a perfect product, works really well, easy to set up and use, sensing motion works well, maybe too much for the bedroom we have to find the good angle to not make it turn on everytime we move a leg.. but it's really useful and after few months battery is still great.

This Bluetooth Smart night light is awesome and great value for money, I love it, it has great functionality, allowing to adjust brightness and time, battery life is long, and the motion detection distance is the best I've ever come arross on a battery operated device.

Great little light. Using in the bathroom so night time trips to the bathroom don’t wake everyone up. Can adjust how long it stays on.

Great little light. We use it in our shed above the chest freezer. Turns on and off as you approach the freezer. Downside is, it could be brighter.

I purchased this back in the beginning of the year and, after six months, it's still going strong on the same set of batteries. I use this in the corridor leading to the toilet, using the magnetic mount to fix on the top of a wide radiator. This comes on when a few metres away, giving enough time to avoid fumbling in the dark. I have a few rechargeable sensor lights but this one is a cut above. I used the app to set it up, otherwise it sits there doing its job without issue. Although more costly than some sensor lights, I find this one the most practical in that I'm not having regularly recharge. For comparison, I use the cheaper Energiser rechargeable strip lights (£12) for cupboards as they're more streamline and easier to hide. They do need recharging every couple of weeks though.

Works perfect, easy install. app is good, very nice light and sensors are great. can't go wrong. I have them placed on the floor.

Saw one of these in an Airbnb forest log cabin we rented, it worked great they had it as a bathroom night light which meant if you needed the bathroom in the dark you weren't hunting round for light switches in an unfamiliar place. As soon as you opened the bathroom door the room was bathed in a warm white glow without that jarring brightness of the main room lights. It worked so well, we ordered one for our grand-daughters sleepover room. Love it, might even order a second.

Extremely happy with this product. It is the perfect motion activated night light. I was hoping that it was rechargeable, however if you use rechargeable AA batteries then it’s great!

Szybki i trwały montaż. Łatwe połączenie z aplikacją. Wszechstronna konfiguracja. Bardzo długi czas świecenia (w porównaniu z podobną lampką z chińskiego sklepu wysyłkowego).

I’ve bought a few Xiaomi products now. Their humidifier and their air fryer, both of which I rave about so I thought I’d give these lights a try for my garage. Wasn’t really expecting much cos of the low price so bought 3 just incase. Well, very surprised. Setup: you don’t need the app if you don’t want, after plugging in the batteries they work as you’d expect (albeit on a slightly dimmer setting than the max). Setup with the app is *very* easy too. It walks you though the steps and took me about 30 seconds to setup each. Brightness: to get the full power of the lights you’ll need the app (I think, not sure there’s a way to do it without). The full brightness is honestly way more than enough for a simple night detector light. It’s not a cold blue light but not a warm orange either, kinda somewhere in between. Sensitivity and time: in the app you can set how sensitive you want the lights to be. From turning on only when it’s super pitch black (hello Sweden…) or right up to super bright (but not sure why you’d want this, maybe for a closet so when you open the door the daylight won’t be an issue?) You can also set the time you want these to be on for once triggered, can’t remember how long is the max but I’ve mine set to 25 seconds and seems like you can go to minutes if you’re so inclined. Anyway, I wish I was sponsored for this because like I said I’m very quickly becoming a fan of the Xiaomi products for their design, function and most of all cost…
