What refill can I use?

You can use Jetstream Edge refills or Jetstream Multi refills. I don’t buy them on Amazon. Not sure if I can say this but I buy them from Tokyo Pen Shop online

How do I replace the ink pens

Pull from the grip down, without twisting to expose the cartridges, then pull the cartridge you want to replace out.

How can I get the .38mm refills for this and will they fit in this pen?

Uni SXR-80-38 fits this pen and is in the 0.38mm size (hence the “38” at the end).

Is there a way to tell which tip you are selecting?

only if the refill is the .28 - the .38 & .5 refills look alike but write differently
