The inseam length on the 2XL is approximately 29-29.5" long. I'm 6'6" and just received them and discovered that they are too small. I need at least 34-36" inseam depending on the material.

Q: Is the light blue stripe 100% cotton or is it 100% Polyester?

I took a chance and ordered these based on these answers. 100% cotton is what I wanted and that's what I got. I've contacted Amazon about the incorrect information.

Go to size. Underneath size is select next to that is size chart touch that and dimensions will show up. It doesn’t have length though. I think I looked up the length of this product on the internet for the size I was interested in.

I got a Medium and have a 34" waist. It has an elastic waist and draw strings. The length is about 34". You can get the size chart by clicking on the link that is provided when you order.
