Vert helpful and noticed POSITIVE RESLTS

I’m a big believer in Ayurvedic herbs. I was taking the powders individually I probably should take extra Trifala powder. I find it so much easier to have it ALL in one capsule. It’s easier to be consistent with one pill a day. I have noticed that my immunity is good and I’m not as fatigue and not as much joint pain. I think that’s very important that you have a good herbal supplement for Overall, good health. I think it’s very important as we age.

I’m an herbalist, so I normally compound a lot of my own formulas, but when I found this, I was pleasantly amazed at the variety, and all the herbs and more and that I was going to create for myself and my father. I bought these to help my mood and possibly my Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. After taking these for a week I started to experience breast pain and spotting. I am over 2 years postmenopausal! Very weird. Stopped taking them. Do not recommend.
