Why is there a California Prop 65 warning on this sprinkler ?

Prop 65 probably didn't like the plastic odor. Why live in California anyway?

Don't waste your money if you want any flexibility. It is simply a no frills sprinkler. Shutting off some holes makes no difference in the pattern!!
