This disc is a beast! Really happy with this purchase and pleasantly surprised at how well it works at grinding/cutting porcelain tiles. I broke one of the tiles on our outdoor bistros table and they are a strange size so the customary 12x12 tiles wouldn’t work. I couldn’t find the correct size tiles to fit my table so decided to try to buy some 12x12’s and grind them into the right size to fit. I bought 4 fairly inexpensive tiles from Lowes that were as close to the right size as I could find and hoped I could find a good disc for my angle grinder to manage the task. I perused a bunch of different discs on Amazon and this one had good reviews and a good price. It is very solid, seems well made with a quality arbor centerpiece. I tried it out on one of the old tiles (ceramic) to get a sense of how to use it properly and it worked well. I then moved on to the actual porcelain tiles that would be going onto my bistro table and within less than an hour I had four perfectly fitting new tiles set into the metal frames on my bistro table. The disc can cut through the porcelain tiles with ease and grind just as well. Yes, there is a fine dust so where eye and mouth protection along with ear protection. I doused each tile with water to help the process even though the disc says can be used wet or dry. Figured it couldn’t hurt to keep the tile from heating up too much. Anyway, I can highly recommend these cutting discs for ceramic and porcelain tiles. Made quick work of a task I was dreading and still looks brand new. Quality product which kind of shocked me considered its from China. Lately I’ve been trying to avoid most stuff from China because it seems it’s always just cheap junk but this was an exception.

If your in need of something to sharpen the tungsten carbide tips on stump grinder teeth, this diamond disc works great! I sharpened a number of woodland mills stump grinder teeth and it still sharpens like new and its fast. I'll be buying another to keep on hand and you cant beat the price.

Cuts thru granite like butter

I have used this to cut and shape ceramic tiles during a remodel. It worked surprisingly well both cutting and grinding. I only had to make about 20 or so cuts so durability is questionable, but so far it has worked great.

Purchased this item for a project.So far I only used it for this one project.It was smooth…like cutting butter! Looking forward to more projects. Material feels sturdy.

I do tile professionally it could be a little bit better quality

I am so happy with this product I really don’t know where to start. Needs ten stars at least. I am a contractor and got in a job that the the customer was not allowing adequate work area and it was in the middle of winter so no wet saw. Trying to get done and let’s say this was not one of my better jobs. Purchased a couple of these blades to straighten out a couple of grout lines. They worked extremely well.

This wheel really cuts. Using on all types of hard rock to rough shape them for polishing. Love this tool, I'm using outside, dry, on a standard right angle grinder (with total face protection and a dust mask). It eats up the rock and throws up quite a plume of rock dust. So far it appears to be quite durable with little notable wear and tear.
