A huge help for me during chemo. On days when I don’t feel like eating much or have trouble swallowing, these are something I can rely on to get nutrition in without feeling overwhelmed. The vanilla flavor is smooth, not too sweet and easy to drink, even when my appetite is low. It goes down easily and doesn’t leave a weird aftertaste, which really matters when you’re not feeling well. I’m so grateful to have something that’s gentle, convenient and actually helps me keep my strength up. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs an easy, nutritious option during tough times. 💛

Great taste

To call "Ensure" a lifesaver would be an understatement. I know it's been critical to Mom's recovery from a near-death incident and, in talking to friends and co-workers, have heard of many other cases of elderly loved ones going through a period of liquid-only diets where Ensure was a key component of that diet. But, there are a lot of different varieties of Ensure available ... some for very specific purposes ... so, until you commit to a large 16- or 24-pack case of any one variety, I would recommend going through a couple of the 6-packs. Mom started off with one variety, which agreed with her perfectly. But, when switching to a high-calorie & protein variety, it caused a lot of painful gas and bloating. There was then some confusion about which was the first variety ... Original or High Protein ... and, before finding out the results of the 6-pack I'd gotten, I'd ordered this 24-pack ... only to discover later it was the wrong one and that she needed Original instead. Because this is a food product and therefore non-returnable in that situation, I had to buy Mom another pack and I'll be drinking this one to use it. But, it made me realize that, even if the labels seem to list the same overall things ... just in different quantities ... there can be significant differences in them and that anybody changing from one variety of the product to another should do so carefully; including not committing to a large case of it until you are 100% sure that it won't cause any problems with whoever will be taking it. I don't consider that a fault of the product itself ... which is why I rate it at 5-star product. It just means that, as a consumer, one needs to be aware that this isn't just a "bottle of chocolate milk with nutrients". This is a medical product and, as such, consumers should do thorough research and likely basic testing to see which variety is best for an individual's needs.

I love this drink. It has Fiber in it..I am no longer constipated. I love the taste. With this Ensure you never have to use a stool softener or laxatives

What chalkiness.....this is just chocolate....and good tasting

Cheaper than grocery store. I use daily so buying in bulk is a nice feature.
