I purchased this product because I wanted this style but wasn’t ready to spend $$$ on the name branded one. Works great and was easy to assemble.

My corner cabinet is well above the minimum dimensions, but the unit failed to clear adjacent cabinet doors. Moving the base forward to sufficiently clear the adjacent doors made the extensions too far forward, exceeding the lip of the primary cabinet. In other words, I could clear the primary door and not slide the baskets right, or I could slide the baskets right and not close the primary door. Installation instructions advised to call the 24/7 customer support, but no phone number was included (!!?!!) Instructions also said original packaging was not required to return the unit, but when I took it to the UPS store, they pointed out that the Amazon return label stated that the buyer must provide packaging. My advice: 1) Know ALL measurements EXACTLY, 2) Don't expect any post-purchase support WHATSOEVER, 3) carefully open and save the original packaging in spite of the included instructions, 4) accept a $25 loss if you use UPS to return the item, 5) DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM UNLESS 1-4 ARE 100% SATISFACTORY FOR YOUR APPLICATION.

The media could not be loaded. I like the product but the item arrived damaged twice. The first time it was so damaged that the delivery service returned to sender when it arrived into my state. So I reordered it and when I recieved it, the welds were broken and I had to re-weld it. Installation is fairly straight forward. There are videos online on how to do it if you search for this brand. I like the slow close feature it has. Its good value for the money. This was the only one that fits my cabinet size due to the drawer above mine and the smaller dimensions of my cabinet.

My husband and I were able to get this installed within a few hours. It wasn't easy, mostly because the placement of our refrigerator, but we managed. Every single time I pull this thing out, I'm excited. I absolutely love not having to get on my hands and knees to dig things out of the corner.

Main metal assembly was bent, we almost had to return it but we're finally able to bend it back enough to work. Assembly instructions consisted of 4 pictures. Major pieces were not pictured, most of the assembly was trial and error. We had to drill new holes and reposition the base 3 times because no instructions were given for how much space to leave around it. Normal pans are too heavy and make the wire shelves tilted, rubbing every time it is opened. Would not buy again.

This solves the unusable blind corner cabinet. Fairly easy to install.

Instructions were so poor better off not having any. Product came to me a bit damaged had to straighten the mount posts. Basket were hard to install. Overall not the best I have seen.

The media could not be loaded. I asked for it to be shipped in Amazon packaging. Good thing I did because the original box was very torn up. I was hoping nothing was damaged and it was not.After showing my contractor how to install it, He was able to do so. The instructions were not very clear. Found a video on what it was supposed to look like assembled and the install went well without a hitch. I haven't put anything in it as yet since my remodel is not completed.It was heavy and well made. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.
