I was anxious to try this but it may have caused my knee to have problems. Could have been something else. If you buy it just make sure you introduce it slowly.

I have tightness in my Achilles tendon and plantar fascists this was recommended for continuing stretching. Super easy to use a few minutes a day usually. Quality seems good so far no issues.
