See my attached photos for bloodwork results before and after. After taking this supplement for only two months, my LDL was significantly lowered! No need for statins! I also made the two changes below that might have helped: -Started eating oatmeal everyday -Increased my psyllium husk intake from once a day to twice a day Both of oatmeal and psyllium husk have scientific studies backing up their effect to lower LDL.

This supplement is amazing it lowered my cholesterol and LDL by 25 points and I took it for three months I was also exercising and on a diet also decreased my intake of red meat. I don’t know if it helps with HA1C Aswell because it dropped from 5.5 to 5.3 I highly recommend taking this natural supplement instead of statins hopefully with these new lab results I won’t need to be put on statins. Follow up 9 months later of December 2025 My cholesterol dropped by 32 points and my LDL dropped by 34 points since April 2025 so yes, this supplement definitely works followed by diet and exercise Aswell
