I have only ever worn playtex sport. It is by far the most comfortable brand I have tried, both with insertion and while wearing it. I love this purchase because I use different sizes throughout each phase of my period and matching the tampon to the flow is important to keep from getting TSS.

I dont know too much about it but I know my wife is happy with this product.
