Not so sure on these I bought as still trialing them.I already take Thyroxine as I'm under active & having taken a daily dose of these pills, I think it's too much as I've had a few heart palpitations, so I will try taking one every few days & see if that's better.

I take between 10 and 14 vitamins, supplements and pills a day so it is really helpful when I can find small, easy to swallow, tablets that still have the full UG I am looking for. These fit that criteria. I recommend all of their tablets apart from the Vitamin C.
