Wow, these are superb. I put them on and the cold prickles on my foot bottoms lessened. Being in ac, having minor diabetes, thyroid mostly removed, hots & colds are rotten. Oh and the memory foam is great. ORDERED 2 MORE, but medium, large is huge, though I want them on my ft. now, will not wait, lol
