They're not available to connect on call or giving proper reply waste of time and money supplier was not answering and received camera was not working also return policy is no seen I want my money back please callback nd return it

the camera was delivered sealed in a box.i did not open it till today 12 may 2021 since camera had to be taken outstation and installed.i opened it today and found NO ADAPTER WITH WIRE AND NO INSTRUCTIONS BOOKLET SO NO QR CODE OR PASSWORD.HOW CAN I START IT OR USE IT? I NEED TO EXCHANGE IT AS ITS DIRTY AND PARTS AND INSTRUCTIONS AND QR CODE ETC ARE MISSING.DISGUSTING SERVICE.KINDLY REPLACE WITH FRESH PIECE IMMEDIATELY.

Amazon provides me the product 5 days prior to schedule delivery time. Very helpfull pruduct. Easy to install. Set up is so easy. Has various required functions. Overall a good product.
