I would just change out the cord. Go to a craft store. They have all kinds of cords. Good luck

It's Beautiful and well made.

This is beautiful and very nicely made. The problem is the Amethyst hangs crooked. The packaging was a bit damaged looking therefore unable to give it as a gift. Giving it a 4 because it's that pretty!! The cord it hangs on is very nice quality. I love how it closes and can be adjusted.
