Good quality product
They are good quality. Easy to fit in your trainers/boots.

Help my foot pain
Perfect shoe inserts for my feet. I was walking inwards with my shoes and these inserts have balanced that out. I have purchase two pair so I am not changing them to different shoes all the time. They are on the expensive side hence 4*.

Squeaky shoes
I’m sure the insoles help me with my Achilles heel, but they make my shoes squeak too much for general wear.

I had no feelings in my toes on both feet following a serious accident. After wearing these for two days, I was able to move my toes for the first time in 8 months. Amazing 👏

No cushioning
I think there insoles focus on support with zero cushioning,they feel hard on the feet,u think these in soles would work maybe if you put then into a shoe like the assics nimbus 25 that already have lots of cushioning,so i feel this is a bad insole as no cushioning at all,better to buy an insole that has support plus a lot of cushioning,can't believe I wasted my money on these as they where expensive

Supports the foot
Bought these insoles as I was having pain in the foot and Achilles tendon I have continued to use them as I feel they have helped to support the foot arch Sturdy insoles

Comfortable
Got as I have Plantar fasciitis, found it a bit sore when I started to use but got used to them quicky and don't notice them when walking now
