Highly recommend!
I don’t often gush about a vitamin, but these are great. I’ve been taking these for about a year and a half since I’m still breastfeeding. I started taking these a couple months postpartum, I had been taking Rituals prenatal formula for my entire pregnancy. While taking these, I’m rarely ever sick. I have 3 kids who are always bringing a new virus in the house and I might catch 1 or 2 colds a year. I feel great and have plenty of energy. These are easy to take, but I recommend taking them before bed since they do have a fishy aftertaste that I notice if I burp (gross, I know). I love their fresh mint and citrus flavors, I think that really sets them apart from other pre/postnatal vitamin brands. Overall, I’m super pleased with the quality of ingredients in Ritual’s products, and will be switching to their women’s formula after my little guy is weaned.

Excellent postpartum vitamin
Loving it. It tastes really good. Tried the lemon and also the mint favor. I have actually subscribed for it now. The only thing that I dont like is that sometimes a burp “fishy” taste because of it. However, I am still taking it. I feel like is helping me to replace vitamin lost on breastfeeding.

The gold standard for postnatal support.
I switched to Ritual for the transparency and the quality of ingredients, and it has not disappointed. Most multivitamins are hard on the stomach, but the delayed-release design and the lemon-infused tab make these incredibly easy to take, even on a busy morning. I appreciate that it includes choline and DHA in one place, so I don't have to manage multiple bottles. It feels like a high-caliber blueprint for recovery and nursing support. Highly recommended for any mother prioritizing her long-term health.

Great
After using some prenatals and postnatal from Costco, I realized there are so many other types out there that are better. First of all, pill size. These are not too big so it’s easier to swallow. The only thing is you have to take 2. But it’s not as bad because they’re not as big as the ones I used to take. There is a hint of flavor. It is a minty flavor which is kind of weird; makes me think of swallowing toothpaste. But it’s better than tasting a fishy odor, which the other pills alert giving off. Also, this is a monthly supply. Which can be pricey. But it tastes better and is more comfortable. I’ve been using this for a while now and have a subscription to refill.

Bad burps and cracked nails
I wanted to let you know that I got the citrus brand and you are always burping up the citrus that is new when getting a prenatal not all do that. My nails have been cracking which I’ve never used a prenatal that I’ve done that.

Love the subscription option!
I bought these after using Ritual’s Prenatal vitamins. They were a great and easy way to just continue getting the vitamins I needed in postpartum. I’ve been using these for 6 months and plan to continue using them for another 6 months. I’ve noticed that my hair didn’t have too much loss during PP. My nails have been very strong and my skin looks great! The subscription makes it so easy to never run out, too. I really love the minty flavor! They are easy to swallow and not too large. The only drawback is that I have to take them at night because I occasionally taste the fish oil if I take them in the morning.

postpartum must‑have
Ritual Postnatal Vitamins have been great for me. They’re gentle on my stomach, easy to swallow, and give me peace of mind knowing I’m supporting recovery and energy after childbirth. I’ve noticed I feel more balanced and sustained throughout the day definitely a postpartum must‑have!

Very Pleased with this postnatal vitamin!
I was a little hesitant to try Ritual postnatal vitamins after reading some mixed reviews, but I really liked the clean ingredients and that they use folate instead of folic acid, so I decided to give them a try. I was especially worried about people mentioning a fishy taste, burps, or stomach issues—but I’m happy to say I haven’t experienced any of that. They’ve been very easy on my stomach, and I can take them any time of day, with or without food. I also feel like they may be helping with my postnatal hair shedding, which has been a nice bonus. I’ve been taking them for several weeks while exclusively breastfeeding and haven’t noticed any drop in my milk supply. The only thing I’d change is having a scent-free option. Overall, I’m really happy with these and plan to keep taking them until I wean.
